Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at GET SOME GRAPHIX. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we understand that occasionally refunds or exchanges may be necessary. Please review our Refund/Exchange Policy below.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the item does not meet these criteria.

2. Timeframe

You must request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to process your request.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@getsomegraphix.com to request a refund authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for the refund request.
  • Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the refund authorization slip.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please follow the same process outlined above for refunds. In your request, specify the item you would like to exchange for and any relevant details (e.g., size, color).

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new item, we will either refund the difference or provide instructions for payment.

5. Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refund or exchange, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear)
  • Items damaged or altered after receipt

6. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
